* Hazard types...Snow...Mixed initially with Rain and sleet.
* Snow and sleet accumulations...4 to 8 inches over The Eastern catskills and 2 to 6 inches over the capital district...Central Mohawk Valley...Schoharie Valley...Helderbergs...Mid Hudson Valley...Taconics...Southern Vermont...Berkshires...And Litchfield Hills. Snowfall totals will be on the lower end of the Range in Valley areas.
* Maximum snowfall rates...Ranging from a half an inch to up to an inch per hour.
* Timing...Precipitation will begin this evening and initially Start out as a Brief period of wintry Mix...Before quickly transitioning to all Snow Shortly before Midnight. The heaviest snowfall looks to occur tonight before diminishing towards Daybreak.
* Impacts...The combination of Snow and Light wintry Mix could Lead to hazardous travel conditions.
* Winds...Northwest 5 to 10 mph with gusts up to 25 mph over the highest terrain.
