Franklin, TN – Franklin Horton, who fled Williamson County after learning that he was wanted by Franklin Police, was arrested Sunday night in East Tennessee. Last night, Franklin Officers picked him up from the Jefferson County Jail. Charged with Domestic Assault, Horton is now being held on a $50,000 bond in the Williamson County Jail. He is due in court on 01/02/2014 at 1:00 pm.

Released December 2, 2013: Franklin, TN – Franklin Police are searching for a man wanted in a weekend attack on his wife.
Franklin Horton, 44, is wanted for Domestic Assault after, on 11/30/2013 at 5:00pm, neighbors reported a disturbance between him and his wife. Officers responded to 1101 Downs Boulevard, #273, but found no one at home. Officers who returned a short time later located the victim and observed obvious signs that she had been assaulted. The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
Franklin Horton, wanted for Domestic Assault, remains at large. He has ties to Spring Hill and Columbia, and may be driving a 2012 white Nissan Pathfinder with dark tinted windows and TN registration 261 ZBW.
