Sgt. Dustin Albright arrested Thomas Chattam Jr., age 23, of Enid, Oklahoma today.

The arrest stemmed from a report that was forwarded to the Enid Police Department by the Evansville Police Department located in Evansville, IN. A detective reported that Chattam engaged in sexually explicit conversation with a 17 year old female living in that jurisdiction. He advised that Chattam also sent sexually explicit photos of himself and received sexually explicit photos from the victim. Chattam was interviewed at his residence and he admitted to the allegations. A warrant was later obtained for Chattam.

Chattam was charged with Soliciting Sexual Conduct or Communication with a Minor by use of Technology and Possession of Child Pornography. He is being held at the Garfield County Detention Facility with a bond of $75,000.
