National Weather Service has issued a Flood Warning for Boone Co area thru tomorrow, Sunday 12/22 at 6:30 PM

NWS Doppler radar indicated an area of heavy rainfall across the warned area 1-2 in has fallen with an additional 1-2 in possible this evening. Runoff from rainfall will cause flooding of small creeks and streams, country roads. Be especially cautious at night when it's harder to recognize the dangers of flooding. If flash flooding occurs do not enter the water. Turn around and move to higher ground.
