AVOID Pacific Ave & Cathcart St for the next several hours due to traffic accident. Some roads closed. 
A major traffic collision occurred at the intersection of Pacific Ave and Cathcart St. Due to this, the following streets will be closed during the investigation:
A) 1000 & 1100 blocks of Pacific Ave.
B) Cathcart St between Cedar and Front St.
These streets are expected to be closed for several hours.
