City of Milan has declared a snow emergency
The City of Milan has declared a snow emergency, effective at 9:00am on January 2, 2014. VEHICLES MUST BE REMOVED FROM CITY STREETS DURING THE DURATION OF THE SNOW EMERGENCY. THE DOWNTOWN DISTRICT IS EXEMPT FROM THIS DECLARATION. As of 10:45 PM on January 1st, six inches of snow has fallen with another two to three inches expected. Crews need to clear all streets to the curb, and we need your assistance in removing all vehicles to assist with effort. An announcement will be made once the snow emergency is lifted. We appreciate the cooperation of all residents and visitors of the community.
