Ontwa Township - Edwardsburg Police has an important message for the community!
The American Legion and the Veterans of Foreign Wars, in cooperation with the Ontwa Township - Edwardsburg Police Department are holding a Benefit for Edwardsburg Police Officer Brian Robinson.
Officer Robinson has severed as a Police Officer on the Ontwa Township - Edwardsburg Police Department for 25 years and has given in many ways to the community such as a School Lesion Officer, Coordinating efforts for a community fun fare for our youth in the summers. He has been credited for saving the lives of small children caught in a house fire.
Officer Robinson has given so much to the community and now we are asking that the community please join together in helping him.
Officer Robinson has been diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and has been undergoing treatment for the last few months in South Bend. His next hurtle is a trip to Ann Arbor to the University of Michigan Medical Center where he will be for three weeks of treatment.
Please join with us on January 4th, 2014 at the American Legion from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. in the evening for a Spaghetti Dinner, Auction and Dancing. Let’s make this a memorable evening for everyone and especially Officer Robinson and his family, by showing community support.
