• 12/10/2013 Kane Curran, 18, of Dingmans Ferry was charged with Receiving Stolen Property and Theft by Deception for an incident occurring in Matamoras Borough.
• 12/19/2013 A 15 year old male from Matamoras was charged with Criminal Conspiracy to commit Retail Theft for an incident occurring at Wal-Mart.
• 12/19/2013 A 14 year old male from Dingmans Ferry was charged with Retail Theft for an incident occurring at Wal-Mart.
• 12/20/2013 Nicholas Delfico, 20, of Wilkes Barre was charged with Retail Theft for an incident occurring at Wal-Mart.
• 12/21/2013 Caitlyn Railo, 32, of Cuddebackville was charged with Possession of Drug paraphernalia for an incident occurring in Westfall Township.
• 12/22/2013 Nancy Brown, 55, of Huguenot NY was charged with Retail Theft for an incident occurring in Matamoras Borough.
• 12/29/2013 Jacquelyn Maldonado, 23, of Matamoras was charged with Retail Theft for an incident occurring at Wal-Mart.
• 01/01/2014 Roderick St. John, 61, of Milford was charged with Defiant Trespass for an incident occurring at Wal-Mart.

Overnight Parking Regulations are in effect for Westfall Township and Matamoras Borough which prohibits parking of vehicles on all roads at any time between the hours of 12:00am to 7:00am during the period from November 1st to April 1st.
