The Village of Brooklyn, Michigan has issued a snow emergency effective 1 pm January 5, 2014 through 1 pm January 6, 2014. All vehicles are to be removed from Village streets throughout the emergency in an effort to ensure the safety of our residents and business owners. Please be cognisant of Village vehicles in their effort to clear all public roads and parking lots being mindful that we do not clear the sidewalks. Additionally, please do not plow/shovel snow into the public roadway. Those who do not cooperate may be ticketed up to $50.
