Effective today, January 6, 2014 at 8:00 PM, due to weather conditions Rte. 400 will be closed. In addition Interstate 90 and Rte. 219 will be closed due to weather conditions. There should be no unnecessary travel due to heavy snow & winds causing white out conditions and slick roads.
