Wind Chill Warning issued for North Georgia- First Time EVER P'tree City NWS has issued this.
Wind Advisory - 6am Monday - Midnight Monday
- Tonight the temperatures will be extremely cold with Atlanta around 6 degrees tonight. (this is actual temp not wind chill)
- Single Digits for I-20 north into single digits
- Tomorrow's Highs in the low 20's for Metro Atlanta area.
- Wind Chill in Metro Atlanta (about 7pm) will be below zero
- 7am wind chill will be -11 or below
- Extreme north GA will be -15 and below
Wind Gusts between 5-7pm 30+mph
Tuesday Morning - gusts of 18+mph
Tuesday Morning expect hard freeze
Coldest Temps in 30 years
potential for issues with pipes busting due to 48 hours of freezing temps.
