Watch Definition;
This is the mid-level local traffic advisory and means that conditions are threatening to the safety of the public. During a watch, only essential travel, such as travel to and from work or emergency situations is recommended. During a watch, emergency action plans should be implemented by businesses, schools, government agencies and other organizations.
Roads remain snow covered, slick and hazardous. Please use extreme caution.
