* STORM TOTAL ICE: UP TO A QUARTER INCH OF FREEZING RAIN IS EXPECTED THROUGH 100 AM BEFORE THE FREEZING RAIN CHANGES OVER TO RAIN.
* THE GREATEST LIKELIHOOD OF ICING WILL BE ON SNOW COVERED AND UNTREATED ROADWAYS...AS WELL AS BRIDGES AND OVERPASSES.
