Full Notification

After several weather delays, Phase III of the Route 72 / Route 9 bridge project will begin tonight at approximately 8pm. The new traffic pattern with open two lanes heading eastbound on Route 72 and 1 lane westbound on Route 72. During the transition there may be slight delays so please plan accordingly.

Route 72 WB will be reduced from 2 lanes to 1 lane and diverted onto the EB bridge.

2 Lanes on Route 72 EB will be opened.

Route 9 SB to Route 72 EB ramp will remain closed

Route 72 EB to Route 9 NB ramp will be reopened.

The temporary traffic signal will remain in effect until completion of the project.
