Critical Missing – Two Brothers Missing Since Sunday 
The Dallas Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating two critically missing children. The children are Joshua Portalis W/M/8-29-04 (85 lbs/4’8”) and Jacob Portalis W/M/10-17-06 (50 lbs/4’0”).
On January 19, 2014, Haley Bean W/F/17 (5’7”/110 lbs) who is the half-sister of the two boys removed her brothers from their home located at 19000 Dallas Parkway without permission and cannot be located. It is believed that Haley Bean is accompanied by Chelsea McNatt W/F/17 (5’3”/110 lbs). It is possible that they may be traveling in a white truck. Pictured below is Haley Bean with Joshua and Jacob Portalis. The case #’s for the missing children are 16204-B and 16205-B.
The Dallas Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating both children. Persons with information are asked to call 9-1-1 or the Dallas Police Department at (214) 671-4268. An Amber Alert has not been issued because it is not believed that the children are in danger.
