Montecito Fire Chief Chip Hickman will host his second “Chat with the Chief” to kick off the new year. Chief Hickman will be at the Upper Village Green on Thursday, January 23, from 10 am to noon to discuss Fire District business and concerns with community members. There will be no agendas or guest speakers; just a chance to ask questions and get answers.

There will be information available about the District’s Emergency Notification Systems, current fire conditions, and any other topics residents would like to discuss with the Fire Chief.
