Mobile Welfare Van and Affordable Care Act Patient Navigators Available 
The Essex County Mobile Welfare Van will be stationed in front of Bloomfield Town Hall, February 28th and March 28th.
Additionally, Affordable Care Navigators will be available in Bloomfield Town Hall on a limited basis to help residents understand health insurance plan options through the Affordable Care Act.
