The Enid Police Department has been notified by the Oklahoma Department of Corrections that Wendell Vincent has been classified as a level 3 Sex Offender. Whenever a sex offender moves into a residence, the Enid Police Department notifies the citizens of that neighborhood.
Wendell Vincent was convicted of four (4) counts of Aggravated Rape in Selmer, McNairy County, Tennessee on September 28, 1995. His victim was not a child. Wendell Vincent is not wanted for any crimes and he has registered as a sex offender with the Enid Police Department.
Wendell Vincent is a white male, Date of Birth December 9, 1954. He is 6’1”, 190 lbs., brown hair and brown eyes. He is here working for a short time and is temporarily residing at 3130 S. Van Buren #38, Enid, Oklahoma.
