* WIND CHILLS AROUND 20 BELOW TONIGHT AND EARLY FRIDAY MORNING.
* STRONG WINDS WILL DEVELOP FRIDAY MORNING AND CONTINUE THROUGH FRIDAY NIGHT. GUSTS OVER 40 MPH ARE EXPECTED.
* SNOW WILL FALL FRIDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH FRIDAY NIGHT. GREATER THAN 6 INCHES OF SNOW WILL BE POSSIBLE NEAR THE LAKE SHORE. UP TO 3 INCHES OF SNOW WILL BE POSSIBLE ELSEWHERE.
* BLOWING SNOW WILL OCCUR FRIDAY MORNING THROUGH FRIDAY NIGHT.
