Many county and some state roads are drifting shut and almost impassable in spots. Please use caution when travel this am. Essential travel only. Whitley County still under a Watch travel restriction at this time. If you can wait until daylight to travel visibility will improve. Snow plows are going out this morning. INDOT has been out overnight. Please be careful many stuck vehicles overnight hours may still be in the roadways.
