Steuben to stay at Red Warning 
The Steuben County Commissioners, in cooperation with the Sheriff, Steuben County Highway and the Steuben County Emergency Management, are continuing Steuben County with an emergency Snow WARNING. The WARNING will be in effect until 6:00PM Monday January 27th 2014. Conditions will be monitored prior to the expiration and the WARNING will either be lifted or extended at that time. Many outlying areas are still impassable . Wind speeds are gusting to 30+ miles per hour causing fast and heavy drifting snow.
Regular media outlets plus the Sheriff Facebook page, www.steubensheriff.com and Nixle text alerts will be used to alert everyone of any updates.
