Low wind chills and hazardous driving conditions continue across northern Michigan. Little change expected into Tuesday morning with slow improvement in conditions by later Tuesday.

* Wind chills of -15 to -30 through Tuesday
* 2-4" of additional snow in lake effect areas through Tuesday morning.
* Near zero visibility in some areas due to blowing, drifting and falling snow.
* Gradually improving visibility by later Tuesday with diminishing lake effect.
* Little improvement in icy road conditions through Tuesday as temperatures remain in the single digits above and below zero.
* It may warm enough with some sunshine by Wednesday for salt to be effective on some roads.
* Ice jam flooding possible on area rivers.
