Emergency Declaration with "Warning Level" Travel Advisory reduced to a "Watch Level" Travel Advisory at 4:00pm
The Marshall County Board of Commissioners after consulting with the Marshall County Highway Department, Marshall County Sheriff's Dept. and Marshall County EMA Director have decided that conditions have improved enough to terminate the Emergency Declaration which includes the "Warning Level" Travel Advisory. However, they have decided to leave a "Watch Level" advisory in place until further notice.
Secondary road conditions remain very hazardous especially North/South Roads. Only essential travel is recommended (i.e. to and from work, emergency situations, etc.) The Mayor of the City of Plymouth has completely lifted travel restrictions for the city.
