• 01/19/2014 Victoria Baker, 22, of Port Jervis was charged with Possession of a small amount of marijuana and Possession with Intent to use drug paraphernalia for an incident occurring at the Best Western.
• 01/19/2014 Shaun Cushman, 19, of Montague NJ was charged with Possession of a small amount of marijuana and Possession with Intent to use drug paraphernalia for an incident occurring at the Best Western.
• 01/19/2014 Kyle Morris, 24, of Wantage NJ was charged with Retail Theft and Possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia for an incident occurring at Wal-Mart.
• 01/25/2014 Jessica Kowalczik, 29, of Port Jervis was charged with Retail Theft for an incident occurring at Wal-Mart.
• 01/28/2014 Andrew Keasler, 19, of Port Jervis was charged with Retail Theft for an incident occurring at K-Mart.

Overnight Parking Regulations are in effect for Westfall Township and Matamoras Borough which prohibits parking of vehicles on all roads at any time between the hours of 12:00am to 7:00am during the period from November 1st to April 1st.
