* WINDS: INCREASING SW WINDS OF 20 TO 30 MPH WITH HIGHER
GUSTS. GUSTS WILL BE AS HIGH AS 45 MPH ALONG THE LAKE MI
COAST THIS AFTERNOON.
* VISIBILITY: WIDESPREAD BLOWING & DRIFTING SNOW DEVELOPING THIS
AFTERNOON.WITH THE WORST CONDITIONS FROM MID AFTERNOON
