Polk County Meth Lab Bust 
On Thursday evening Narcotic investigators with Polk County Sheriff’s Office and members of NC Probation and the NC SBI arrested Cory Shane Lindsey with multiple charges including the Manufacture of Methamphetamine.
Cory Shane Lindsey, 28, of 127 Wolfe Branch DR. Mill Spring, has been charged with Manufacturing Methamphetamine, Simple Possession of SCH IV/VI Controlled Substance, Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Firearm by a Felon, and Drug Paraphernalia.
He is currently being held on a $108k secured bond. He had his first court appearance in District Court this morning where he was appointed a lawyer.
