TIMING...LIGHT SNOW IS EXPECTED TO DEVELOP OVER WESTERN MISSOURI BEFORE DAYBREAK TUESDAY MORNING AND SPREAD EASTWARD DURING THE MORNING HOURS. HEAVIEST SNOWFALL IS EXPECTED TO FALL ACROSS THE AREA FROM LATE TUESDAY MORNING TO TUESDAY EVENING. SNOW SHOULD THEN BEGIN TO TAPER OFF FROM WEST TO EAST TUESDAY NIGHT.
