EXECUTIVE ORDER
GARLAND COUNTY JUDGE
WHEREAS, Garland County Executive Order CC-14-08 determined that the burn ban declared effective the 21st day of January. 2014 would end upon proper authorization from this office; and,
WHEREAS, it has been determined that weather and other conditions have now created a less hazardous situation throughout Garland County:
NOW THEREFORE, BY AUTHORIZATION OF THE GARLAND COUNTY JUDGE, after careful consideration of local conditions, the burn ban issued pursuant to Amendment 55 of the Arkansas Constitution and other statutory authority, specifically Garland County Executive Order CC-14-08 is hereby ended.
BE IT SO ORDERED this 3rd day of February. 2014.
