Norwalk – Cell Phone Stolen from Boys Hands; Help I.D. Suspect #LASD

Norwalk Station Detective Bureau is requesting public assistance in identifying the individual in the photos. On January 13, 2014, this individual snatched a cell phone out of the hands of a 7 year old boy who was busy playing a game on his mother’s phone at an eating establishment on the 11400 block of Rosecrans Avenue in Norwalk. He then ran out of the location and was last seen fleeing on foot. The individual was captured on surveillance cameras, and the photographed male is a person of interest in the case.
