Due to the amount of snow accumulating with this snow event and upcoming snow events, residents are being advised to expect frequent snow emergencies on posted routes in Macungie over the next week.

We would also like to remind residents to refrain from depositing snow in the roadway while shoveling. This practice is not only hazardous to passing motorists but also a Borough Ordinance violation which prohibits the throwing or depositing of snow onto a street or sidewalk.
