Montgomery County Commissioners declare a local Travel Watch in effect for Montgomery County Indiana. 
The Montgomery County Commissioners in conjunction with the Montgomery County Highway Department Supervisor, the Montgomery County Sheriff and the Montgomery County Emergency Management Agency Director is declaring a local Travel Watch in effect for Montgomery County Indiana.
Watch Definition:
WATCH: This is the mid-level local travel advisory and means that conditions are threatening to the safety of the public. During a watch, only essential travel, such as travel to and from work or in emergency situations is recommended. During a watch, emergency action plans should be implemented by businesses, schools, government agencies and other organizations
Reference is hereby made to all appropriate laws, statutes, ordinance and resolutions and particularly to Indiana Code 10-14-3-29
All public offices and employees of Montgomery County are hereby directed to exercise the utmost diligence in the discharge of duties required of them for the duration of the emergency and in execution of emergency laws, regulations and directives-state and local.
All citizens are called upon and directed to comply with the necessary travel watch measures, to cooperate with public officials and disaster services forces.
All operating forces will direct their communications and requests for assistance and operations directly to the Montgomery County Emergency Operating Center
