Whitley County is under the advisory level travel restriction at this time. Roadways are slick due to the current heavy snow fall covering the roadways. Making them slick and hazardous. Blowing and drifting of snow in places has been reported to the EOC.

Advisory level is called when routine travel or activities may be restricted in areas of the county because of a hazardous situation; citizens should use caution or avoid these areas. Schools and businesses may begin to implement their emergency action plans.
