Hazardous driving conditions due to trees and power lines down on many roadways. Several are completely closed. 
St. Bartholomew, Impounding Dam and Frogtown Roads are blocked and impassable. Many other roadways have partial blockages while other may become impassable as trees continue to snap. Curtail all unnecessary travel. Similar conditions across York and Adams County.
