Three Plymouth Residents Face Several Drug Charges
Marshall County – Early Tuesday morning members of the Indiana State Police Meth Suppression Unit served a search warrant on a residence at 725 Loon Ct. in Plymouth. The warrant was obtained after a collaborative investigation between the Plymouth Police Department and the state police uncovered suspected methamphetamine activity at the house.
Officers located two active meth labs in the home along with drug paraphernalia. The Indiana State Police Clandestine Lab Team processed the scene.
Four subjects where at the residence when the warrant was served including a 5 year old child. Three adults were arrested including Brock Biddle, 28, Amanda Heeter, 23, and Kelley Cowger, 30. All three subjects were arrested and face multiple charges to include possession of methamphetamine, and possession of precursors with intent to manufacture. Both Biddle and Heeter face an additional charge of neglect of a dependant. The child was turned over to the Marshall County Child Protective Services.
*All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
