During the week of February 3rd, the Nash County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division continued its on-going campaign targeting drug dealers in our area by arresting five (5) individuals for numerous controlled substance violations. These arrests, as well as the ones over the last few months, are a result of community complaints and our strong working relationship with our surrounding law enforcement agencies. The Nash County Sheriff’s Office will continue
targeting those who sell illicit drugs in our community and we expect to make numerous more arrests in the future. During the investigations of these specific individuals, the Nash County
Sheriff’s Office seized two-hundred and ninety-five (295) opium based prescription pills, thirty-seven (37) dosage units of Heroin and fifty-four (54) grams of Marijuana.
