Sheriff Ed Prieto would like to personally congratulate Oscar Villegas who was appointed today by Governor Edmund G. Brown Jr. to serve as Yolo County Supervisor from the 1st District.
Sheriff Prieto said, “I have known Oscar for over 15 years he is an experienced leader who cares personally about our community. Replacing Mike McGowan will be a tough assignment, but Oscar will be up for the challenge. The communities of West Sacramento and the Clarksburg region are going to be receiving the best representation possible.
