Traffic stop leads to two drug arrests
Polk County Deputy’s traffic stop leads to seizure of drugs and two arrests. During that stop, officers saw what they believed to be drugs in the vehicle that was driving by Hollie Nichole Barnette of Hendersonville. The stop also resulted in a search warrant been served at 26 Hwy 9 N, the residence of Daniel Badger Franklin.
Hollie Barnette of 521 Courtwood LN. Hendersonville has been charged with PWIMSD Methamphetamine, Poss. Of Controlled Substances on Jail Premises, Maintaining Vehicle for Controlled Substance, and Drug Paraphernalia. She was taken before a Magistrate were she received a $22K secured bond.
Daniel Franklin of 26 NC HWY 9 N Mill Spring has been charged with Simple Possession SCH III CS, Simple Possession of SCH VI CS, and Poss. Drug paraphernalia.
Hollie Barnette will be in court today in Columbus for a first apperence. Daniel Franklin has a court date of March 5th.
