Topanga Detectives are searching for the victim of a third-row seat theft that occurred on Friday, February 7, 2014, sometime between 7:00 pm and 11:00 pm from the AMC Theaters parking lot in Woodland Hills.
The particular victim Detectives are searching for contacted the Westfield Security Dispatch to notify them of the theft, however declined to contact Police and make a crime report, as well as declined to leave her contact information.
