Mayor Fred Carpenter has declared a "Snow Emergency" for Palmyra Borough becoming effective on Wednesday, February 12, 2014 at 3:00 PM. All vehicles are required to be removed from posted Snow Emergency Routes. The Snow Emergency routes are posted as follows:

1) All of East & West MAIN STREET
2) All of North & South RAILROAD STREET
3) N. GRANT STREET from Main Street to Ridge Road
4) N. COLLEGE STREET from Main Street to Broad Street
5) All of North & South FORGE ROAD
6) S. LINGLE AVENUE from Main Street to the Municipal Boundary

Snow Tires or Chains are required when traveling the posted Emergency Routes.
