Portsmouth PD are actively searching for a missing 49 year-old Zuleika Sabina Horton, not been seen or heard from since 1/14/14 
The Portsmouth Police Department is asking for assistance in locating a missing Portsmouth woman. According to Detectives with the Special Victims Unit, 49 year-old Zuleika Sabina Horton has not been seen or heard from since January 14, 2014. Detectives are concerned for Ms. Horton’s well-being as she is dependent upon prescription medication, for a medical condition, which she has failed to pick up. Family members also tell detectives that it is unusual for Ms. Horton not to call or stop by to check in with them on a regular basis.
Ms. Horton is described as a black female, approximately 5’7” tall, weighing 200 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. Ms. Horton was last seen wearing a waist length black coat and carrying a black duffle bag. Ms. Horton is known to frequent the downtown area of Portsmouth.
