The Village of Whitehall Department of Public Works Superintendent Donald Williams has advised that a SNOW EMERGENCY is in effect prohibiting parking on any village street or municipally owned parking lot until 3:00 PM today (02/14/2014).
Vehicles parked on any village street or in any municipally owned parking may be ticketed and/or towed at the owner's expense.
