Franklin, TN – Today, nine Franklin Police Officers braved the icy cold waters of Percy Priest Lake for charity. The Franklin Police "Copsicles" raised $1,435 to participate in this afternoon's Polar Plunge, benefiting Special Olympics. Today's event time temperature: a balmy 32 degrees.
