Until further notice, please turn on one cold faucet in your home to the approximate size of pencil lead. 
We are asking everyone in the Village of Genoa City who is connected to the village water supply to leave water running 24 hours a day until further notice. One cold water faucet in each building should be adjusted to a small stream (faster than a drip) about the diameter of a pencil lead. Water billing will be adjusted so customers will not be charged for this extra usage. Updates about this issue will be posted on the village website ( genoacity.info) and the village community information sign at the corner of Walworth and Freeman Streets.
