On today's date Andrew John Czubai was located by The United States Marshals Service in Dayton, Virginia, and taken into custody.
On December 11, 2013, The Nash County Sheriff's Office Narcotics Division took out warrants on CZUBAI for Possession with Intent to Sell/Deliver Marijuana, and Selling & Delivering Marijuana.
CZUBAI is currently in The Rockingham County Sheriff's Office Detention Center awaiting extradition back to North Carolina.
