Detectives from the Homicide Bureau, Missing Persons Detail of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing person.

The missing person, Essex Harris, was last seen leaving his residence on the 3100 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, Lynwood, on Monday, February 24, 2014. He walked away from the residence and has not been heard from since. Mr. Harris suffers from dementia and may be lost. His family is very concerned and is also asking for the public’s assistance.

Mr. Harris is described as a 91 year-old male, Black, 6' 03", 174 pounds, with short gray hair, brown eyes and missing teeth. He was last seen wearing a blue jacket and dark blue pants.
