Woodway Walgreens Burglary 
Woodway officers responded to a burglary alarm at Walgreens at approximately 4:45 am this morning. Officers encountered a burglary in progress. Suspects fled on foot and after a short pursuit, 2 were detained and are currently in custody. A 3rd suspect is still being sought at this time.
Update: 2 arrested suspects so far are Kenneth Tolbert and Kendrick Marshall. There are possibly 2 other suspects involved. Suspects are being booked at McLennan County Jail on charges, including burglary of a building. A Taser was deployed on 1 suspect who was taken into custody; the other suspect was found nearby. 1 officer sustained minor injuries.
