Parks Bureau Detectives seek the Public’s assistance in identifying a suspect connected to the Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card
Parks Bureau detectives from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department are asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect. The suspect was involved with the fraudulent use of a credit card that was stolen from a vehicle located at La Mirada Community Regional Park, 13701 South Adelfa Avenue, La Mirada, on January 4, 2014.
Detectives, following up on the case have obtained a picture of the suspect at a “Chevron” gas station at 12911 Whittier Blvd, Whittier, using the credit card that was taken in the theft. Pictures of the vehicle she was driving at the “Chevron” gas station were also obtained.
The suspect and vehicle are described as follows:
Suspect: Female, Hispanic, adult
Suspect Vehicle: White 4-door sedan, early 2000 Chevy Malibu, custom wheels
