Winter Storm Watch in effect for VC 6am Sunday to 9am Monday. 1/4" of ice with 3-8" of snow possible. 
Weather forecasters are predicting a possibility of 1/4" of ice and anywhere between 3-12" of snow, depending on which weather station you watch. AEP is expecting this to be severe weather and cause numerous power outages in our area. If these conditions happen, the roads will be extremely hazardous. Please prepare for possible power outages tomorrow night.
