Residents are reminded that in accordance with city ordinances no person shall place any obstruction of any type upon the pavement, sidewalk, curb or gutter which will interfere with the complete and full use, at all times for the public of such pavement, sidewalk, curb and gutter.

Following the snow storms this winter, many residents placed chairs, barricades, etc. in the gutter to reserve parking spaces. Residents are encouraged to remove all obstructions from the gutters.

Beginning on Friday, March 7, any items obstructing parking spaces will be collected and disposed of by city crews.

The cooperation of residents in removing the obstructions from parking areas will be greatly appreciated.
