On March 4, 2014 at approximately 3:19 p.m., Los Banos Police Officers were dispatched to the 1300 block of West Pacheco Boulevard for a reported vandalism in progress. Officer Greg Fillebrown arrived and detained two juvenile males ages 15 and 16, in connection with the vandalism of a local business. The juveniles were both booked into the Iris Garrett Juvenile Justice Correctional Complex on charges of burglary and vandalism.
“This case could result in both criminal and administrative penalties for the suspects and their parents. We want to get the word out that defacement of property will not be tolerated. Anyone witnessing criminal activity should immediately call 9-1-1 and report the activity from a safe distance.”
